House Rules
Please review before your booking.
Timing Is Exact — No Grace Periods
Your booking time includes setup, session, and cleanup. If you are not out by your end time, you will be charged for an additional full hour. Plan accordingly.
Complete Your Booking Profile 24 Hours Before
Your booking profile MUST be completed at least 24 hours before your start time. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your booking with no refund.
Respect Maximum Occupancy
Office Suites: maximum 6 guests. Group Session Room: maximum 12 guests. No exceptions. Return all furniture to original positions before checkout.
Prohibited Items & Activities
No smoking or vaping inside. No open flames (candles, sparklers). No overnight stays. No pets (service animals excepted). No illegal activity of any kind.
Noise & Neighbors
Keep noise at a professional, respectful level. This is a shared professional building. Excessive noise may result in early termination without refund.
Cleaning & Personal Items
Standard cleaning is included. Remove all personal items and equipment by your end time. Excessive mess or damage may incur additional fees.
Use Only Your Booked Space
You may only use the specific space(s) in your booking. Unauthorized use of other rooms will result in additional charges at the full hourly rate.
Deposit & Payment
A $25 non-refundable deposit via Venmo (@Edavis5) is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due before your session begins.
