Davis Properties Inc. has established the following cancellation policy to ensure fairness to all clients and to protect the availability of our spaces. By completing a booking, you agree to this policy.
The $25 booking deposit paid via Venmo to @Edavis5 is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows. The deposit secures your time slot and compensates for the administrative work of holding the space.
If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before your scheduled start time, you may receive a credit toward a future booking (excluding the $25 deposit), at the sole discretion of Davis Properties Inc. Credits are valid for 60 days from the date of cancellation and are non-transferable.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time forfeit the full booking fee with no credit or refund. This includes the deposit and any additional amounts paid.
Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and will forfeit the full booking fee with no credit or refund.
In the rare event that Davis Properties Inc. must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances or an emergency, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid, including the deposit. We will make every effort to provide as much advance notice as possible.
